Specialist Finance

Responsibilities: Perform Fixed Asset Accounting for Kautex Inc. Responsible for Government Reporting Assist in the month end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes Assist in the monthly consolidation of Kautex Inc Reconcile and analyze General Ledger Accounts Billing for Kautex Inc. Processing, Investigating A/P and A/R including Bad Debts Team lead for complex A/P issues Set up manual invoice (Tools, Development Services, Prototypes) as needed Account Clearing Ensure compliance with the Textron and Kautex policies and procedures Weekly KPI’s CBU Volumes update weekly Cash App Monthly Volumes forecast Ad hoc/projects Experience: Bachelor'sdegree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 1 - 2 years of experience with Accounting, preferably in a manufacturing setting SAP R/3 experience is a plus Experience with MS products, especially MS Excel
