Responsibilities

Oversee contract processes alongside buyer’s agents to negotiate contracts Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price Send a weekly report to clients on their listing status so we can maintain our good customer service standing Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service Schedule all home inspections, open houses, and showings Qualifications

Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone Currently licensed in real estate Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential Real estate license required Compensation
