As a Litigation Attorney, you will join a team of attorneys representing clients throughout South Carolina. Hutchens Law Firm, opened in 1980, has continued to uphold the values of Ethics, Integrity, and Hard Work across the Carolinas for over 40 years.
Essential Functions
Attend court proceedings (trials, motion hearings, depositions, arbitrations, mediations) Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, memoranda of law, and appellate briefs Meet and confer with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel
Minimum Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school and an active license to practice law in South Carolina Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex legal and business documents Ability to manage several projects simultaneously Ability to work independently and collaborate with others
