Full Time (40 hours), Day Shift. Position Summary: As the Guest Service Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in creating exceptional experiences for patients and visitors. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Patient and Visitor Services, you'll lead and empower a team of Guest Services staff, ensuring seamless departmental operations and fostering a culture of Service Excellence. You'll be a mentor, coach, and resource, driving team performance through effective training, scheduling, and problem-solving. Your leadership will impact patient satisfaction by proactively addressing challenges and implementing Service Recovery strategies. You'll also leverage your understanding of HR policies to contribute to staff development and performance management. Education/Experience: Associate's degree in business/management or related field. A minimum of four years of relevant supervisory experience in health care or customer service is preferred. Knowledge of the general policies and procedures of a guest services program. Experience in staff/team development and training, including knowledge of group dynamics and effective management techniques. Analytical ability to investigate patient concerns and deliver Service Recovery. Authorization to Work in the United States:

Minimum $22.98 per hour - Maximum $40.22 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
