Coordinate air freight shipments from origin to destination Prepare and process export documentation (e.g., air waybills, export declarations, certificates of origin) Ensure compliance with TSA, U.S. Customs, and international shipping regulations Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers and freight forwarders Communicate with customers, suppliers, and airlines to manage shipment status Track and update shipment progress in logistics systems Resolve issues related to delays, documentation, or customs clearance Maintain accurate records and generate reports as needed Strong knowledge of international shipping and export regulations Familiarity with air cargo procedures and customs clearance Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software Strong communication and customer service skills Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines About the company: Caliber Talent Solutions represents one of the top freight forwarders with a strong global presence.
