Job Goal: To provide leadership, supervision, and organization of the wrestling team, and to promote the objectives of the athletic program. Responsibilities include instructing athletes in fundamental skills, strategy, and physical training to achieve individual and team success. The role also involves fostering moral values, pride, social behavior, self-discipline, and self-confidence among students.
Terms of Employment: Compensation and coaching season duration to be determined by the Board.
Assessment: This job description serves as the primary assessment tool, with evaluations conducted by the Athletic Director as needed. Additional evaluation methods may be used.
