We are seeking Senior AV Technician with a solid foundation in residential AV installations and a hunger to grow into advanced programming and leadership responsibilities. The ideal candidate can independently manage pre-wires, trim-out phases, and rack builds, and is eager to expand programming knowledge. You will work directly in luxury home environments, where professionalism and a polished presence are essential. Key Responsibilities

Independently execute structured wiring, pre-wires, trim, and rack builds Read and follow detailed project plans and schematics Support and/or lead small teams on-site depending on experience level Learn and begin programming platforms such as Crestron, Lutron, and Basalt Collaborate with project managers and team leads to ensure project success Represent the company with professionalism in high-end residential settings Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as needed Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in residential AV or home automation integration Proven ability to work independently on tasks like pre-wires and rack building Experience with systems like Control4, Savant, or similar is welcomed Willingness and aptitude to learn programming and control systems Strong communication skills and client-ready presentation Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Clean driving record and ability to pass background check Preferred Qualifications

Prior exposure to Crestron, Lutron, or Basalt programming Previous leadership experience or mentoring of junior techs Certifications in AV or home automation platforms Benefits
