Outlet Supervisor/Banquet Captain

**Title:** Outlet Supervisor/Banquet Captain **Location:** **Job Summary:** The Banquet Captain is responsible for overseeing the setup, service, and breakdown of banquet events to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction. This role works closely with the Banquet Manager to coordinate banquet operations, supervise staff, and maintain service standards for all events. **Essential Functions and Duties:**Work with the Banquet Manager to manage event schedules and last-minute changes. Assist in setting up function rooms according to client and event requirements.*Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.***Required Experience, Education, and Skills:** 2+ years of experience in banquet or event management, preferably in a supervisory role. Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and make adjustments as needed.Knowledge of banquet setups, service standards, and health/safety regulations.
