Fabletics is seeking a passionate and driven Retail Store Manager for our new store at
Westfield Century City - Los Angeles, CA (Opening Fall 2025) . What makes this job FAB? As the Store Manager, you will lead the creation of a world-class retail environment, overseeing all aspects of Sales & Operations. Using cutting-edge technology, you will ensure a seamless shopping experience between our website and retail stores. Collaborate with Store Leaders to recruit, hire, and train a team of enthusiastic associates dedicated to helping our customers live their passion. We’re looking for a self-driven, high-energy leader who thrives on public interaction. Join our close-knit team of key players, all focused on hitting ambitious targets and advancing the business while guiding the career paths of 10 to 12 associates and leaders. Embody our culture and values through high self-accountability, acting as a role model internally and externally. Recruit, hire, and train store associates and supervisors to actively engage customers in meaningful ways. Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects. Direct daily activities of Store Supervisors and Associates in line with company and store goals. Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Merchandising, Inventory Planning, and Fulfillment for timely outcomes. Manage operational tasks related to payroll, inventory, and paperwork to ensure efficiency. Develop and maintain store merchandising guidelines to enhance the shopping experience. Provide feedback across all organizational levels to foster continuous improvement. What you bring to the team
2+ years of retail management experience. Knowledge of active lifestyle activities like Yoga, Cycling, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition. Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers, employees, and partners. Experience in setting goals and managing large teams. Positive attitude, excellent communication, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Analytical skills and proficiency in building advanced spreadsheets. Comfort with ambiguity and taking initiative. Familiarity with Excel, Outlook, and retail POS systems. Self-motivated, good communicator, and team builder. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure. Physical ability to perform store tasks (standing, reaching, climbing ladders, etc.). Applicants must be 18+ years old. Availability
Willing to work onsite with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Benefits of joining our team
