Behavior Therapist (Entry-Level ABA Technician)

Provide
one-on-one ABA therapy , using play-based, evidence-backed techniques tailored to each child Track and record session data
accurately Collaborate with families and team members
to ensure cohesive care and treatment plan alignment Competitive Wage : $18–25/hr based on experience or education level Raising pay check ups : Regular reviews every 3–6 months and wage increases after certification or tenure Career Growth : Training toward RBT credential, mentorship, and promotion potential within months Flexible Hours : Full- or part-time schedules, including mornings, evenings, and weekends (as needed) Additional Incentives
(varies by location but often includes): PTO, sick leave, healthcare support, bonuses, employee discounts, and referral programs Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required Age 18 or older No previous ABA experience needed— we will train you Strong passion for making a positive difference in the lives of children and families Willingness to be supervised and collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts Preferably bilingual (English/Spanish) or background in psychology, education, special education, childcare, or related fields is a plus Ready to Make a Difference?
