Performs a variety of treasury functions with a focus on liquidity, investments, and asset/liability management including daily cash management, portfolio accounting, loan and deposit collateral monitoring, broker/dealer reviews, ALCO and ALM modeling, data auditing and reporting, and process creation. Special projects and assignments as directed. Culture & Remuneration

Adheres to the Credit Union's core values and Service Standards. Demonstrates a positive member service focus. Shows teamwork in all interactions with coworkers. Ensures confidentiality of member information. Supports a diverse and inclusive work environment. Demonstrates professionalism in conduct and presentation. Performs daily cash positioning across multiple accounts, executing wires and monitoring balances. Delivers insightful analysis of actual and projected liquidity and funding resources. Manages the monthly collateral pledging processes with compliance and accuracy. Audits data monthly for integrity and investigates terms and conditions of individual loans or deposits. Prepares monthly ALCO reports focusing on liquidity and investments. Develops, catalogs, and maintains standard operating procedures. Assists with all aspects of the investment portfolio: broker communications, reconciliation, and general ledger entries. Performs initial review of monthly liquidity stress testing results. Collaborates with the ALM team on ALM and liquidity stress test modeling. Assists with the compilation and analysis of financial information to support operational and strategic decisions. Assists in annual audits and due diligence requests. Participates in ad hoc projects that routinely include large data sets. Performs any other temporary or permanent duties as assigned by management. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or closely related field. Two or more years of experience in a financial institution performing treasury or cash management tasks. Exceedingly detail-oriented and accurate reporting. Strong desire to organize, optimize, and take ownership of tasks. Excellent mental arithmetic. Advanced problem-solving skills and composure in high stress situations. Audit focus with thorough error detection. Self-directed, able to work independently and collaborate when needed. Ability to coordinate and prioritize assignments efficiently. Must manage multiple assignments with changing deadlines in a high-pressure environment. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel. Power BI, Power Query, SQL, Bloomberg experience a plus. General knowledge and understanding of a financial institution’s products, services, and reports. Ability to work additional and unconventional hours as demanded. Must be bondable.
