What you will do
Perform daily cash application and reconciliation of bank receipts to internal systems
Handle the application of fees and payments
Maintain and update commission databases with accurate client and policy information
Investigate and resolve commission discrepancies in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Support revenue reporting and respond to audit requests (FINRA, SEC, D&T, AML)
Assist with onboarding new business acquisitions to the company platform
What you will need to be successful
1-2 years of experience in accounting and finance
High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to liaise with stakeholders at various levels
Skilled with Microsoft Excel and strong attention to detail
Proactive and motivated attitude
