You’ll be a key player in driving process improvement initiatives, collaborating cross‑functionally, and leading projects that enhance operational efficiency, financial transparency, and internal controls. What You’ll Do Lead financial transformation and process improvement initiatives Drive implementation of automation tools and best practices Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (IT, FP&A, Operations, Sales, etc.) to align on strategic initiatives Build and maintain process documentation, identify risks, and recommend enhancements Conduct insightful financial analysis including variance and trend assessments Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards Support both internal and external audits Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement Manage ad‑hoc financial and operational projects from leadership Provide timely and accurate reporting and responses to stakeholders What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required) CPA certification or active CPA candidate (preferred not required) 2–3 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting; public accounting experience is a plus Industry experience in retail or hospitality is a plus ALTERYX experience required Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, BI tools (e.g., OneStream, Alteryx) Demonstrated experience in process optimization and project execution Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced, evolving business environment Interested in hearing more?
