Our Global Sales Operations team is seeking a BI & Analytics Analyst to join our growing team. This role will work closely with other members of the Global Sales Operations team as well as leadership, with a key focus on producing a growing array of BI solutions (dashboards, reports, apps, AI, ML, etc.). The role will be accountable for building effective analytical products and be able to transform data into meaningful business insights.The outcome of the Analyst - Sales Operations is to enable the business to make data-informed decisions, which are based on insightful analytics, to help drive incremental sales and revenue growth. The Analyst - Sales Operations will play a vital role in driving data-driven decision-making and strategic planning for the organization. This role will lead the analysis and interpretation of complex data, providing actionable insights and recommendations to support key business initiatives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior management, the Analyst - Sales Operations will identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to optimize business performance and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data analysis and advanced analytics tools, with the ability to help guide the development and implementation of analytical strategies and solutions.**Responsibilities:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, sales, and operations, to understand their data needs and support their analytical requirements.**Qualifications:** 5+ years experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar role, with experience in advanced data analysis and modeling techniques.Admin level proficiency in Salesforce.com (certification a plus, but not a requirement) Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, data mining, and modeling techniques. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
