Full Time • Manassas Bonus based on performance Join Our Dynamic Team as an Outside and Inside Sales Representative at Signarama! As an Outside Sales Representative at Signarama, you will be at the forefront of identifying and capturing signage opportunities with potential clients. Your goal will be to increase the sales volume by presenting our solutions in a knowledgeable and professional manner, ultimately closing sales orders. You will be a great fit for this role if you are a highly motivated and outgoing individual with a strong background in sales and customer service. If you excel in building relationships, possess excellent communication skills, and are adept at recognizing customer needs and presenting effective signage solutions, then we want you on the team! Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement : Visit various businesses including offices, restaurants, and industrial parks to introduce Signarama’s services and special promotions. Sales Execution : Build strong relationships with potential customers, understand their needs, and present versatile signage solutions. Strategic Follow-Up : Maintain an organized system for following up on leads, preparing quotes, and closing sales. Financial Transactions : Secure deposits and manage full payment collections upon order completion. Sales Goals : Strive to meet or exceed assigned sales targets. Marketing and Training : Participate in regular in-store training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Store Support : Assist with store management duties as needed and ensure a professional work environment. Stop and see every business on his/her route. Responsibilities include: Introduce the brand to businesses and explain promotional materials and specials. Build rapport with potential customers. Explain the versatility of the company. Introduce services provided. Bring back business cards and information needed to quote potential jobs. Maintain a consistent and organized follow-up system. Follow up on all leads. Accurately fill in sign layout forms and work orders. Assist in operating and managing the store when needed. Remarket areas every three months. Keep a running inventory of all stock and supplies for the marketing program. Complete in-store training. Maintain an organized, clean, and professional store appearance at all times. Front Counter Sales – Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in and telephone customers. Responsibilities include: Assure customer satisfaction. Respond to customer inquiries to determine needs, provide recommendations, and quotes, and assist customers with the order process. Process customer orders. Telemarketing calls to direct mail listings, existing customer files, new business listings, and no-activity customers. Work closely with the production area to answer any questions they may have concerning current work orders. Mailings to club members. Follow up on top 100 customers. Run bi-monthly specials campaigns. Implement marketing strategies. Enter contact names into the database for appropriate follow-up. Contact customers when the order is ready. Obtain referrals and provide follow-up. Support the owner as needed with reports, closeouts, invoices, and daily, weekly, and monthly paperwork. Cross-train in other areas of the store to maintain a fully functioning store at all times. Maintain an organized, clean, and professional store appearance at all times. Quality control.
