Job Description:
Teaches a full range of courses in psychology.
Prepares and delivers learning activities to achieve course outcomes.
Prepares course materials such as syllabi, homework assignments, and handouts.
Evaluates and grades students’ class work, laboratory work, assignments, papers, and examinations.
Maintains and submits student attendance records, grades, and other required documentation by deadlines.
Be available to students for coaching.
Participates in periodic meetings with supervisors, division, or College for teaching duties, training, and development.
Required Qualifications:
Master’s degree or higher in psychology; or master’s degree in a related field with a minimum of 18 graduate credit hours in Psychology.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (or equivalent).
Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) and organizational skills.
Ability to respond appropriately to community needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
PhD in Psychology.
Teaching experience.

Compensation: This is a Part-Time Faculty position with a pay rate of $942.00 per Equated Semester Unit (ESU).
