The ideal candidate is hands-on, skilled in soldering and wiring fabrication, self-motivated, and possesses strong communication skills to work well both independently and in team settings. Role: You will collaborate with Science, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to fabricate technical wires, cables, harnesses, and RF systems. Responsibilities include developing manufacturing procedures for wiring components used in dilution refrigerators and other products. Perform precise wire soldering Test and qualify wiring harnesses Install and qualify wiring on complex equipment Fabricate and assemble RF wiring stacks Contribute to manufacturing process improvements Manage production schedules Use VNA for RF testing Perform electrical troubleshooting Required Skills and Experience: Strong soldering skills, especially with delicate assemblies Basic wiring and soldering troubleshooting skills Strong micro-mechanical skills Ability to interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, BOMs, and engineering documents Safety-conscious mindset Desired Skills and Experience: Associate degree in electrical technology or equivalent experience 5+ years in a manufacturing environment Experience with RF systems and cryogenic systems Experience operating reflow ovens and VNAs Experience working with machinery, industrial equipment, or cryogenic systems Compensation:
$25-40/hour Seniority level:
