Children's Soccer Coach (2-6 year old Children)

$23 per hour ($20 during training) – Part-time

Soccer Shots is a weekly soccer program for children 2-6 years old with a focus on character development. We are looking for enthusiastic coaches to positively impact children on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. Our ready-to-use curricula allows you to focus on making class fun for our young athletes without worrying about what to teach.
Sessions are taught in preschools, elementary schools, and parks throughout the week. Our themed sessions run 30-40 minutes and focus on age-appropriate skill-building and character development. We provide training, coaching equipment, and all curriculum materials.
If you’re looking for part-time opportunities in the Agoura Hills, Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks area and you are dedicated to having fun with young children, care about character development, know how to use sport in working with kids, and have a genuine love in helping kids succeed, we would love to meet you.
We are prioritizing hiring soccer coaches who will be available for multiple sessions throughout the week and specifically for our weekend sessions (Saturdays and Sundays 8:30 am - noon). This part‑time soccer coach position is available immediately.
Essential Soccer Coach Qualifications
Weekend availability – 8:30 am to 12:00 pm.
Children thrive with consistent coaching; we want coaches who can stay for a year or more.
Fun & Silly – Must enjoy teaching young children; your goal is to make Soccer Shots the best 30-45 minutes of each child's week.
Reliable transportation – safe and reliable transportation to and from work and a valid driver’s license.
Background check cleared.
TB test results.
Preferred Soccer Coach Qualifications
Experience working with children.
CPR/First Aid certified or ability to attain if needed.
Previous teaching or education/coaching experience (preferably children ages 2-6).
Compensation : $23.00 per hour.
