Responsibilities
Inspect guest rooms and suites to ensure compliance with Renaissance brand and cleanliness standards Ensure in-room amenities, linens, furnishings, and surfaces are properly placed and spotless before release for occupancy Provide feedback and retraining when rooms do not meet standards Assist housekeepers with room turnovers when necessary and help prioritize tasks during high-occupancy periods Serve as a positive role model by maintaining high standards and a strong work ethic Track and report inspection results, deficiencies, and recurring issues to housekeeping leadership Communicate with front desk and maintenance to coordinate timely room readiness Ensure all safety protocols, brand procedures, and company policies are followed Build a respectful environment that promotes teamwork and accountability Handle guest inquiries or complaints with professionalism and urgency when encountered during inspections Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Prior housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or room inspection role preferred Strong attention to detail and knowledge of quality cleaning standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask, stay organized, and lead by example Comfortable using inspection checklists, radios, and tracking systems Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts Benefits
