Responsibilities:

Meet with pre-qualified leads and convert them to new customers Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc. to ensure they buy their next home with us Evaluate the team’s progress toward company goals by producing monthly and quarterly sales reports Use CRM to compile current information for all customers, ensuring agents have up-to-date and accurate data Pursue leads consistently until appointments are arranged with a buyer’s or listing agent Relentless lead follow-up Follow the team plan Lead generation Set appointments Close appointments Close sales Grow into a lead buyer or listing agent Database and CRM mastery Sales scripts Qualifications:

Must have great communication and interpersonal skills Must possess a real estate license Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car Applicants must have a high school diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred A real estate license is required Superb communication Commission opportunity Sales experience Compensation:

$75,000 - $165,000 at plan commissions
