In this role, you'll be a key contributor to a high-performing sales team, responsible for developing and managing an assigned territory. You will deliver clinically relevant messaging that reflects Regeneron's commitment to scientific excellence and resonates with customers—driving meaningful engagement and action. Responsibilities
Develop strategy and execute tactics within key designated accounts in the cardiometabolic space Craft and maintain account profiles within designated targets Build and execute integrated account plans based upon customer and market insights Establish relationships and develop rapport with designated account healthcare professionals and key partners; facilitate access to key decision makers and assist in coordinating executive engagements at designated accounts Execute branded and non-branded business objectives for assigned accounts Essential Requirements
Bachelor's degree 5+ years of account sales experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry with 3 years of relevant cardiovascular and/or biologic experience Must live within the assigned territory and possess a valid driver's license with the ability to travel, including overnight, up to 70% Must live within territory or within territory boundaries Desired Requirements
MBA Sales experience in rare disease market along with promoting both specialty pharmacy and buy & bill products 2+ years' experience working with key thought leaders or high-influence customers in large group practices, hospitals or managed care organizations with a concentration in cardiology Compensation
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $160,000 to $170,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include a company car or car allowance and eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and/or individual performance. Equal Opportunity and Benefits
