Pro Rentals & Sales (division of REIC), a fast-growing, elite general rental equipment company that operates in markets across the Northwest, is offering an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative at our Yakima, WA location! As an Outside Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to build and nurture strong business relationships with both current and prospective customers. This role is crucial in driving sales and fostering customer loyalty, so you will be expected to engage with clients regularly and understand their needs and preferences. Responsibilities

Build and nurture strong business relationships with current and prospective customers. Drive sales and foster customer loyalty by engaging with clients regularly and understanding their needs and preferences. Maintain complete, accurate, and detailed documentation related to sales strategies, customer interactions, and follow-up activities utilizing the CRM system. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to meet customer demands while achieving sales targets. Communicate effectively, listen actively, and provide tailored solutions to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction. Contribute to the growth and success of the organization through effective outside sales activities. Pay:

Total earning potential - $100,000 - $120,000+ (base salary plus uncapped commission). Full-time, Exempt Benefits

A typical day might include the following

Efficiently manage territory daily and visit prospects customers on jobsites and in offices Identify customer needs and assess customer interests Explain the products and options available to customers Grow relationships with new and existing customers within assigned geographic territory Develop and organize strategies for achieving goals and exceeding quota in rentals and sales of equipment Remain keenly aware of market conditions, including fleet mix and pricing of local competitors Contact prospects and customers via phone and email, daily - cold-calling and jobsite calls are required Prepare professional sales presentations and quotes for customers Utilize computer skills including MS Office Suite, CRM systems, & have the ability to learn rental software This position is a great fit for you if you

A high school diploma or equivalent (required) Prior inside or outside sales experience is required Rental industry experience is a plus Must possess a valid driver's license and have a driving record in good standing 2 years of business-to-business experience in Heavy Equipment and/or Construction sales is preferred Competitive, self-motivated, and results driven REIC is NOT open to third party recruiter solicitations REIC and all affiliates operate as drug-free environments, which includes marijuana.
