Steve Madden Apparel is seeking a highly motivated Individual to join the Los Angeles sales team as an Account Executive. The role will be based in the Los Angeles showroom and focus on prospecting new boutique business and building existing boutique relationships across the West Coast territory. The successful candidate will collaborate with boutique buyers/accounts to outline and execute creative strategies, identify opportunities to drive sales and protect profitability, and react to in‑season sales with reorders. The Account Executive will oversee the entire sales process from purchase order processing, return/swap confirmations, to shipping, and will be responsible for planning and executing road trips, markets, and trade shows within the territory. A hands‑on, positive team player with a strong analytical and numbers‑oriented skill set is required to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets set by management. Key Responsibilities

Prospect and build new boutique business across the West Coast territory. Execute creative strategies and identify opportunities to drive sales and protect profitability. Oversee the entire sales process from purchase order processing, return/swap confirmations, and shipping. Plan and execute road trips, markets, and trade shows within the territory. React to in‑season sales and obtain reorders. Qualifications
