Independent Sales Representative – Salt Lake City 1099 . Position Summary:
Teoxane Laboratories is seeking Independent Sales Representatives to join our team on a 1099 basis. This role is perfect for a self-motivated, entrepreneurial sales professional with a proven track record in selling dermoscometics products. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your territory, leveraging networking events, and innovative outreach strategies. Sales & Relationship Management
- Engage directly with HCPs, present tailored solutions. Build and maintain long-term relationships with HCPs to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Product Expertise & Demonstrations
- Develop a deep understanding of Teoxane Dermocosmetics. Conduct in-person or virtual product demonstrations and educational sessions to highlight features, benefits, and usage best practices. Pipeline Management
- Independently manage your sales pipeline from initial contact through to closing deals. Provide regular updates and forecasts to the management team. Market & Industry Insight
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes. Provide feedback to help shape marketing strategies and product development. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Required Experience & Qualifications: Proven Sales Experience in Dermoscosmectics
- A strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets is essential. Self-Motivated & Independent
- Ability to work autonomously as a 1099 independent contractor. Must be highly driven, proactive, and entrepreneurial in approach. Excellent Communication Skills
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to communicate complex product information in an accessible manner. Industry Knowledge
- Familiarity with the Aesthetics market and Dermocosmetics. Organizational Skills
- Capable of managing a dynamic sales pipeline and multiple customer relationships simultaneously.
