The Café is the forefront of customer service and hospitality for the store. Communicate effectively with customers and the café team. Exhibit natural leadership, maintain an optimistic attitude, and go above and beyond for customers. Fully understand and have knowledge of the Erewhon brand and the Café menu. Provide prompt and courteous service to guests in the Café. Prepare food according to quality and food safety standards. Maintain a safe, clean, and sanitized work area that is appealing to guests. Engage with guests and prepare orders with accuracy and efficiency. Work as a team player and perform other duties as assigned by management. What You Will Bring
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer service, retail or food service experience preferred. Must be 18 years of age or able to provide a work permit. What We Offer
