Responsibilities
Drive revenue and market development through direct sales to individual oncologists.
Create and implement a strategic business plan to grow revenue quickly in your geography.
Prospect, cultivate new business, and maintain key relationships with oncologists and members of the extended cancer care community in the designated territory.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated successful sales track record at or above goal for multiple quarters/years.
Experience selling to medical providers, medical diagnostics, or medical devices.
Lives within the defined territory and centrally located to defined accounts.
Commitment to travel within defined territory.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with demonstrated ability to effectively present to both internal and external customers.
Effective time‑management and opportunity assessment skills.
Bright, flexible, self‑motivated, results‑oriented with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
Sense of urgency and focus on closing business.
Consultative sales skills with focus on logistics and problem solving.
Independent work style with strong internal drive to be successful.
Preferred Backgrounds
Physician Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Registered Nurse (RN) with experience ordering late‑stage cancer liquid biopsy tests.
