As a member of the Cookie Crew at our North Park District store located at 3066 E. University Ave. San Diego, CA 92104, you are the ultimate Insomniac. You are the point person at the front of the store for interacting with our customers, and you bake all of our warm and delicious cookies. SWEET COOKIE CREW PERKS

Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone Bake our delicious cookies to perfection and a scoop of ice cream Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out Handle cash and payments accurately with no shortages or overages Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the bakery Desired Skills & Experience
At least 6 months of experience in a customer service focused role (preferred) Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor Customer service focused and a willingness to exceed guest expectations Great communication, organizational and math skills Must be able to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product Must be 18 years or older to be employed Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays Legally eligible to work in the United States About us
