Banquet Servers are responsible for transporting banquet plated meals and ensuring banquet buffets are properly filled and cleaned. Bus plates, cups, glasses and silverware; roll silverware and remove trash as needed. Arrive timely, well groomed, and listen to instruction well. Adhere to state and local serving guidelines. Perform at a 5-star Forbes-level resort expectation. Compensation The hourly rate for this position is

$16.85/hr . Employment type

On Call Note:

This position is On Call with no guaranteed set number of hours. The employee must work at least 1 shift every 30 days to stay active. Qualifications

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment. Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight and to carry a tray for plated service. Experience and a thorough understanding of banquet service. The ideal candidate will have previous hotel banquet serving experience. Professional communication, presentation, and service etiquette. 3+ years of serving experience. Ability to stand for long periods of time.
