Job Overview The EVERSANA/Theratechnologies Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) is a key field‑based role supporting the commercial portfolio in the HIV space. The TLL is a product and company knowledge expert who works closely with internal and field‑based teams to build company reputation and credibility. This field‑based position reports to the Director of Thought Leader Liaisons.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Drive HCP activation through education and awareness of our HIV brands.
Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with KOLs and Advanced Practice Providers across multi‑site, regional, and national practices.
Coordinate account plans and cross‑functional activities that synergistically educate and impact clinical outcomes.
Conduct tailored discussions related to product information, disease state, initiatives, and general corporate overviews with practitioners.
Execute approved disease state and product programs with identified champions and through special channels.
Initiate strategic initiatives (EMR, testing education, pharmacy education, screening).
Drive market development and partnerships by identifying regional market gaps and opportunities.
Plan and execute HCP engagements, executive encounters, and conference involvements in a compliant manner.
Work with marketing, sales leadership, and contracted speakers to synthesize feedback for promotional programming evolution.
Monitor KOL opinions on current and future treatment patterns, providing feedback for strategic planning.
Contribute to sales goals as defined quarterly.
Conduct data analysis and translate industry trends into business strategies and action plans.
Foster home office and regional relationships to identify additional market opportunities.
Complete all other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
BA/BS Degree or higher in business, marketing, or life sciences.
Minimum 10 years of experience in field sales, product marketing, or medical/clinical roles within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
Preferred 5+ years recent experience in rare disease, HIV, endocrinology, or metabolic conditions.
Strong scientific acumen and leadership skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication with proven presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and active listening.
Strategic self‑starter who takes initiative.
Valid driver’s license; able to travel 70‑80% with 4 days in the field weekly.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Veeva, and other pharma applications.
