Cook menu items assigned to station Be mindful of special requests and dietary restrictions Ensure dishes meet quality standards and adhere to recipes Sustain sous chefs and head chef in the kitchen Disposes spoiled food and other waste material Maintain cleanliness and ensures that the kitchen is compliant with health and safety regulations Reports any issues with kitchen equipment to management Qualifications
