Cook menu items assigned to station Be mindful of special requests and dietary restrictions Ensure dishes meet quality standards and adhere to recipes Sustain sous chefs and head chef in the kitchen Disposes spoiled food and other waste material Maintain cleanliness and ensures that the kitchen is compliant with health and safety regulations Reports any issues with kitchen equipment to management Qualifications
Have an excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment Execute assigned tasks with precision and speed in a fast-paced, high-stress environment Have effective communication skills Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a high-pressure environment Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role Since 2011, Catch Hospitality Group has grown from a standalone NYC flagship into one of the most renowned restaurant groups, best known for Catch and Catch Steak.
