Regional Sales Representative , you will be responsible for cultivating new client relationships and nurturing existing ones within your designated territory. Responsibilities

Developing and maintaining strong client relationships with a focus on exceptional customer service. Providing consultative roofing service solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building efforts. Organizing and executing targeted programs and communications to reinforce the value propositions of Simon Roofing. Job Requirements

A degree focusing on Sales, Construction Management, Communications, Business, Social Sciences, or Marketing is preferred. At least 2 years of outside sales experience. (Roofing experience not required.) Work in the San Francisco, California Region (REQUIRED). Cold calling/Prospecting experience Customer service oriented. Knowledgeable about the local community in the assigned territory. Ability to climb ladders to rooftops. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word; ability to conduct extensive Internet research. Team-oriented, energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, with a business development mindset Strong organizational, active listening, and closing skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background screening. Authorized to work in the US. Benefits

Generous base salary of $60,000 per year with up to $15,000 in performance bonuses. Average second-year reps earn up to $90,000 per year. Growth and Commissions plan.
