Premium Services Concierge | Part-Time | PeoplesBank Arena, Oak View Group Oak View Group is a global leader in venue development, management, and premium hospitality services for live events. The Premium Services Concierge at PeoplesBank Arena serves as the primary point of contact for premium guests during events, including Hartford Wolf Pack games, UConn Athletics (basketball and hockey), and concerts. This role creates an exceptional and seamless experience for premium clients in Bunker Suites, Loge Boxes, and Club Seats. Concierges deliver top-tier customer service with professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail. This position supports the Premium Services team and enhances the game day and event experience in premium spaces. This role pays an hourly rate of $20.00-$22.00. Benefits for Part-Time roles include a 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching. This position will remain open until January 2, 2026. About The Venue PeoplesBank Arena is home to the AHL’s Hartford Wolf Pack and hosts a variety of concerts, family shows, and ice skating events. It has hosted artists such as Sabrina Carpenter, Andrea Bocelli, Bad Bunny, Nicki Minaj, Taylor Swift, Justin Timberlake, Bruce Springsteen, Billy Joel, Pearl Jam, and more.
Responsibilities
Welcome and assist premium guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner throughout the event experience. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in premium seating locations. Educate guests on premium amenities, seating areas, and event-specific information. Collaborate with the on-site Premium Services Manager to ensure guest needs are met during events. Conduct pre-event walkthroughs to ensure premium areas are clean, stocked, and event-ready. Identify and report any service issues or guest concerns for quick resolution. Monitor and support entertainment elements in premium spaces (TVs, video walls, sound systems). Assist guests requiring mobility or accessibility accommodations. Uphold safety, security, and venue policies to ensure a secure environment. Assist with setup and breakdown of premium areas before and after events. Collaborate with Guest Services staff and departments to maintain a positive team environment. Complete additional assignments or special projects as needed.
Qualifications
Outgoing, enthusiastic, and service-oriented with a natural ability to connect with guests. Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or event environments preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on professionalism and guest satisfaction. Excellent problem-solving abilities and quick thinking in high-pressure situations. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to adapt to changing event needs and maintain composure during busy or challenging situations. Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
