Centro Restaurant Supervisor to assist the Food and Beverage Director and managers in maintaining a well organized office operation affecting the department. Responsibilities
Answer office phone greeting internal and external guest. Check voicemails, e-mails and faxes and follow up accordingly. Process mail for Food and Beverage Director and Managers. Order and maintain office supplies. Fax copy and distribute as needed. Compose and type correspondence for F&B Director as needed. Process AP invoices for different vendors. Coordinate and sign up new F&B employees for serve-safe certification. Proactively gain knowledge and skills in technological and educational advances for continued development applicable to company/department and staff. Qualifications
Must be able to sit for long periods of time, have significant mobility of arms and hands, be able to bend, squat and push, pull and lift up to 25-30 pounds, be able to see, hear and communicate verbally and in writing. 2-3 years experience with computers and various computer programs. High School graduate or GED equivalent. Good listener, effective communicator and detail oriented. Expected to meet deadlines, work with little supervision and be flexible to handle interruptions. Literate, extensive verbal, mathematical and writing skills. Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished oral or diagrammatic form. Strong positive guest and employee relation skills. Minimum 1 year of related experience. Must have Food Handler's Card and TIPS. Equal Opportunity & Contact
