Identify, develop, and manage a pipeline of prospects, strategic accounts, and partners. Conduct outbound calls, emails, and networking to open conversations and generate opportunities. Build strong relationships with general contractors, electrical contractors, and building owners. Navigate bid processes and present proposals that align with client needs and project goals. Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to decision-makers. Collaborate with clients to negotiate and secure contracts. Support project delivery to ensure a seamless, top-tier customer experience. Maintain accurate CRM records and track progress against sales goals. Respond quickly to client needs and resolve issues with professionalism. Qualifications

Proven experience in sales (wireless, telecom, construction technology, or related industries preferred). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. History of managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. Proficiency in outbound prospecting via calls, email, and networking. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding quotas. Ability to prepare professional customer-facing proposals and presentations. Selling to general contractors and electrical contractors. Securing and growing strategic accounts. Full-Time, Monday-Friday Flexibility for client meetings, site visits, and occasional travel Location
