Join an established Primary Care practice Perform patient assessment and assign diagnosis based on recorded assessment data and current scientific and current research Establish plan of care and implement interventions in accordance with care paths, protocols, standards of care and current research Provide education and counseling to patients, families and groups Clinic hours are Monday - Friday 8am-5pm Excellent work/life balance with no call or weekends Benefits & Perks

Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement Qualifications
Master’s degree or higher in nursing or physician assistant studies from an accredited program Current Illinois license as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant Certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) Minimum of two years of experience as an APP in primary care or a related field is preferred Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems Employment type
