Provide superior customer service Adhere to the Code of Professional Conduct, maintaining confidentiality Follow all policies, procedures, and interpretation protocols Complete training and participate in ongoing quality assurance Qualifications/Experience
Full fluency in English and Arabic Knowledge of industry best practices, professionalism, courtesy, and confidentiality Ability to deliver high-quality client service Access to personal or public transportation At least 2 years of professional interpreting experience preferred Industry certifications (e.g., CMI, CCHI) preferred LSA is passionate about helping people thrive globally.
