New Home Sales Consultant

Pacific Lifestyle Homes , you will be instrumental in driving our sales success by delivering exceptional customer experiences and selling our beautiful new home communities throughout the
Puget Sound area . We’re currently preparing to launch
Northwoods, a 39-lot community in Edgewood , with sales opening in just over a month—offering a unique opportunity to be part of a highly anticipated new neighborhood from day one. We’re looking for a dynamic, personable individual with strong communication, problem-solving, and sales skills to join our team and help lead this exciting launch. If you’re passionate about new home sales and enjoy guiding customers through one of life’s biggest decisions, this is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact while growing your career. Job Responsibilities
Sales Targets and Performance: Achieve or surpass monthly sales and appointment targets set by the sales manager. Ensure timely follow-up with leads and maintain accurate records in Salesforce to optimize sales opportunities. Adhere to a structured sales process consistently to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Customer Satisfaction and Engagement: Maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 90% or higher by providing proactive engagement and exceptional service. Present a confident and knowledgeable demeanor to customers, building trust and rapport. Cultivate a positive customer experience by setting clear expectations and educating on the home buying process. Proactively address customer inquiries with professionalism and expertise. Documentation and Compliance: Assist in contract and sales document preparation, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Collaboration and Partnership Development: Collaborate with the Realtor/Broker community to drive Outside Realtor-generated sales, fostering strong partnerships. Process Optimization: Utilize Salesforce and other contact management software to streamline processes and boost sales performance. Job Requirements
Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience, demonstrating a track record of achieving sales targets. Exceptional Customer Service: Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated excellence in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring high satisfaction levels. Strong Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Creative problem-solving approach with empathy and confidence, prioritizing the company's interests. Organizational and Time Management: Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently and meet deadlines.
