Job Description
Responsible for managing the overall operations of the kitchens and personnel to ensure guest satisfaction and compliance with departmental, health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Oversee kitchen operations to ensure compliance with goals, standards, and standards, including health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Supervise all Room Chefs and Assistant Chefs directly.
Manage staffing levels according to departmental and business needs.
Review financial reports and implement improvements in operations.
Assist in establishing budgets, monitor financial performance, and oversee menu, recipes, and food costs.
Promote positive guest relations at all times.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Culinary training or apprenticeship certification.
Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
Extensive knowledge of food products, recipes, and presentation styles.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certifications.
