Position Details Position Information Position Title: Assistant Womens Golf Coach Department: WOMEN'S GOLF Position Category: Staff Full Time Job Description The Assistant Golf Coach will aid in the growth and development of the golf program by assisting with planning and directing the activities of the women's golf team. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree Preferred Qualifications Successful background as a golf player or coach. Physical Demands Campus: Harrogate Job Duties Promote the mission of Lincoln Memorial University to all faculty, staff, students, and the community at large. Conduct/oversee player progress evaluation, individual workouts, and study hall. Participate in recruiting student athletes. Assist the head golf coach in the overall operations of the sport. Develop and coordinate the academic success program for student athletes in need of academic assistance. Participate in efforts to collect, analyze, and report data for the athletic department in the university's planning, assessment, and evaluation processes for institutional effectiveness. Assist in the production of outcomes assessment and long-range planning for the athletic department. Oversee the golf teams while in the weight room and assist with maintaining the upkeep of the weight room. Assist with all phases of operations for the Golf Driving Range facility. Assist with the completion of required institutional and program accreditation reports and other reports necessary for the operation and advancement of the university. Perform other duties as assigned by the head golf coach and the Athletic Director.
