Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana . Overview The incumbent in this position is responsible for developing and coordinating Player Development programs aimed at attracting, acquiring, and hosting high-value players to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat visits. The role involves establishing relationships with potential high-value gaming guests both on and off the property, interacting frequently with high-value guests, and making decisions regarding complimentary services and goods. The incumbent will also guide Hosts and approve various Host player requests. Responsibilities Maximize development of high-end Asian clientele through prospecting, promotions, events, and guest relationship management. Respond promptly to guest requests, concerns, and complaints. Increase gaming revenues from slot and table game guests. Generate additional business and trips from loyal guests via written communication and telemarketing. Use databases to identify target guests. Coordinate with marketing to develop events that strengthen guest relationships. Maintain knowledge of marketing promotions and visibility on the casino floor. Display professionalism and positivity in guest interactions. Maintain relations with VIP Services and vendors to ensure accurate and consistent arrangements. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Work in a smoke-filled environment. Follow all Indiana Gaming Regulations and Standard Operating Procedures. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or 3-5 years of host or gaming experience with Asian clientele; an equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable. Prior gaming industry experience is required. Additional Requirements Obtain and maintain licenses/certifications as per regulations. Pass background check and drug screening. Be bilingual in English and an Asian language (e.g., Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese). Be at least 21 years old. Knowledge of Chicagoland Asian gaming market. Marketing, database programs, and industry regulations. Ability to Provide excellent guest service and memorable entertainment experiences. Go above and beyond in responsibilities. Maintain a professional appearance and enthusiastic attitude. Communicate effectively, analyze data, and operate office equipment. Maintain effective working relationships and work flexible hours.
