Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Executive Pastry Chef, located in Knoxville, TN. The Executive Pastry Chef will be responsible for overseeing the production of all bakery items, desserts, and pastries. Daily tasks include food preparation, baking, cooking, and ensuring culinary excellence. The Executive Pastry Chef will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, developing new recipes, and managing a team of kitchen staff.

Culinary Skills
Strong knowledge of pastry arts and techniques
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
