A welcoming, team-oriented atmosphere Customer service training Sales training Leadership training Training on goal setting and achieving them Fun goal-related contests Flexible schedules Growth and career advancement Employee discounts on skincare products Employee referral program Responsibilities: Maintaining salon staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees Achieving sales goals and other performance criteria by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff Completing company operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results Achieving financial objectives by monitoring controllable expenses such as labor, cost of sales, and other expenses Maintaining the stability and reputation of the salon by complying with all legal requirements Managing and assigning tasks to ensure salons are clean, stocked, organized, and customer-ready Establishing rapport with customers to build loyalty and long-term relationships Creating a positive, motivating, team-based environment Investigating and resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally Analyzing daily sales and expenses to maximize sales and net profits Safeguarding and accounting for all money received and handling banking requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven experience in retail/customer service Ability to influence others effectively Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (7+ hours per day) Must be able to lift 25 pounds Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends Compensation: $10.50 - $15.00+ per hour (base pay + up to 12% commission) SVI Corporate, LLC, a Palm Beach Tan Franchisee, is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
