BCBA/BCaBA
in the Detroit, MI area. Pediatric Behavior Solutions is seeking a passionate and dedicated
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
to join our growing team in the Metro Detroit area. This is a
hybrid position , combining in-person services with telehealth supervision and family engagement sessions as needed. If you value family-centered care, collaborative teamwork, and flexible scheduling, we’d love to hear from you. What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a BCBA who: Is passionate about family engagement and caregiver collaboration Has experience with Natural Environment Teaching (NET) and community-based supports Enjoys working in home, school, and community settings Can conduct telehealth supervision and parent sessions when appropriate Has knowledge of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and social-emotional supports Works well within multidisciplinary teams Has school-based experience (preferred but not required) What We Offer
