The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, and a strong commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities
Strong polishing and finishing techniques to meet exacting quality standards. Proficient soldering skills with the ability to work across various metals and solder flow temperatures. Precision ring sizing in all precious metals, including platinum, gold, white gold, and silver. Gemstone and diamond setting abilities, including prong, bezel, channel, pavé, and invisible settings. Laser welding expertise for repairs, modifications, and delicate adjustments. Takes pride in their work and enjoys working efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Commitment to a customer-first mindset, ensuring every piece meets or exceeds expectations. Qualifications
Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design preferred but not required; passing a qualified bench test to assess current jeweler skill level Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail. Customer service orientation with a focus on quality and consistency. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems. Flexibility to work varying schedules, including some nights and weekends. Full-time consists of a 40-hour work week with some required overtime The hourly range for this opportunity is $21.00 - 25.00. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications. Employment type
