Become Part of the TPG Hotels, Resorts & Marinas Team. The shuttle van driver is responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation for hotel guests, staff, or clients to predetermined destinations. They create a positive and welcoming experience for passengers while adhering to traffic rules and maintaining the shuttle van in good condition. Responsibilities

Transportation: Safely operate the hotel's shuttle van to transport passengers to and from specified locations, such as airports, local attractions, and corporate offices. Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs. Guest Satisfaction: Greet passengers with a friendly and professional demeanor, offer assistance with luggage, and ensure a pleasant journey. Address passenger inquiries, provide information about the hotel and local area, and offer recommendations if requested. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all traffic regulations and safety protocols to ensure the safety of passengers and fellow road users. Maintain a clean driving record and demonstrate safe driving practices at all times. Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct regular pre-trip inspections of the shuttle van to ensure it is in proper working condition. Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department and ensure routine maintenance tasks are scheduled and completed. Keep the shuttle van clean and presentable inside and outside. Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with passengers, fellow drivers, and hotel staff. Relay relevant information, such as delays or changes to the schedule, to passengers and the hotel team. Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of passenger trips, mileage, and any incidents that occur during transportation. Complete necessary paperwork or digital documentation related to transportation services. Skills And Requirements

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Previous experience as a driver, preferably in a customer service-oriented role. Knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic patterns. Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with guests. Physical fitness and the ability to lift luggage if necessary. Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Working Conditions & Physical Effort

Physical work is a primary part of the job and is performed outside and operating a motor vehicle. The work involves exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, dirt, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises. The exposure to hazards or physical risks requires following basic safety precautions and use of applicable protective equipment. The physical requirements include extended walking, standing, climbing, bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling and lifting up to 100 pounds. The job requires listening, speaking and writing. The job requires close and distance vision with or without corrective lenses. This position is required to operate a motor vehicle. Benefits
