As the EHS Manager, you will provide EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) leadership for the Syracuse Plant Operations and GEIS Headquarters. This role will ensure plant-level EHS programs, policies, procedures, and systems are developed, implemented, and maintained to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as conformance with the company's MESH requirements.

Full Time Responsibilities include: Lead the development and achievement of plant EHS goals aligned with corporate strategies. Monitor performance indicators to track progress against targets. Conduct risk assessments to identify hazards and develop mitigation plans. Develop and maintain EHS programs, policies, and procedures in compliance with regulations and company standards. Assign MESH element champions and facilitate their engagement. Complete annual compliance evaluations for EHS regulations. Investigate incidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions. Promote a zero-incident safety culture through behavior-based programs and employee engagement. Act as the site liaison for EHS inspections and compliance with environmental permits. Develop emergency response plans and coordinate drills. Maintain EHS training matrices and ensure completion of required training. Manage EHS budgets and capital projects related to safety and environmental improvements. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution. At least 3 years of experience in EHS within manufacturing or operations. At least 2 years of experience managing or leading teams. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's in occupational safety, industrial hygiene, environmental discipline, or related field. 5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing. Experience in foundry operations. Experience with EHS compliance auditing. Certified Safety Professional certification.
