Responsibilities
Responsible for setting up and breaking down event spaces. This includes arranging tables and chairs, setting the table with appropriate linens and tableware, and ensuring the overall aesthetics meet the resort's standards.
During events, banquet servers are responsible for providing excellent service to guests. This includes taking and delivering orders, refilling drinks, clearing empty plates, and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience.
Effective communication with the kitchen staff, other servers, and event coordinators is crucial. Banquet servers need to convey guest requests and dietary restrictions accurately to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Banquet servers should have a good understanding of the resort's menu offerings. They may need to explain menu items, make recommendations, and accommodate special requests or dietary restrictions.
Providing exceptional customer service is a key aspect of the job. Banquet servers should be attentive, polite, and responsive to guest needs. Handling guest inquiries and concerns in a professional manner is important.

Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation The hourly pay rate for this role is $5.00 + tips.
