Job Overview Full Time Day Shift - 7AM - 3:30PM - Bethesda North Hospital

The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) supports the Nurse Manager in the daily operations, clinical oversight, and leadership of the CV Pre/Post unit, which provides pre-procedure preparation and post-procedure recovery for patients undergoing invasive cardiac procedures. The ANM assists in ensuring high-quality, safe, and efficient patient care through effective coordination of staff, workflow, and resources.

This role serves as the front-line leader and clinical resource for nursing staff, fostering an environment of teamwork, accountability, and personal growth. The ANM partners closely with the Nurse Manager, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient throughput and advance unit and organizational goals.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Certification within specialty area within two years of assuming position

Registered Nurse

Membership in related professional organization preferred

2-3 years experience Clinical Nursing or in a related field

1-2 years experience Progressive Leadership Nursing
