Richelieu YouTube . Key Responsibilities Manage relationships and sales activities with cabinet and furniture manufacturer accounts in your territory. Promote Richelieu’s Finishing products, including stains, paints, coatings, thinners, solvents, adhesives, abrasives, and accessories, through consultative sales. Position yourself as a trusted business advisor to solve customer problems and drive results. Collaborate with Richelieu's Industrial Sales Representatives to schedule face-to-face consultations, learning about customer needs and how our products can help. Grow your territory through existing relationships and new customer acquisition. Analyze buying patterns and identify opportunities to become a preferred supplier. Provide excellent customer service, establishing yourself as a one-stop shop. Stay informed about Richelieu’s product offerings, market trends, and competitors. Maintain accurate system information and reporting in CRM. What We Are Looking For Technically-minded, preferably with education or experience in chemistry or science. Knowledge of wood coatings, powder, or spray coatings; spray application experience is a plus. Willingness to undergo training to understand coatings and finishing products and methods. Passionate, proactive, coachable, with a strong work ethic. Self-managed, able to schedule and prioritize activities for results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, planning, organizing, and monitoring skills. Experience with CRM software is an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. Reliable personal transportation for regular travel; work involves visiting customers in the field 3-4 days a week. Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds occasionally.
