We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated
Drywall Repair Technician
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, self-starter responsible for a wide range of drywall and general home repair projects. This role involves managing projects from start to finish, from the initial estimate and scheduling to the final follow-up, ensuring high-quality results and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of drywall repair and installation projects, including coordination, scheduling, and project execution. Conduct on-site project estimates and provide detailed quotes to clients. Procure and manage all necessary supplies and materials for each job. Perform high-quality drywall repairs, including patching, finishing, and texturing. Complete a variety of general home repairs, as needed. Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and management throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure all work areas are clean and safe after each project is completed. Required Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in drywall installation, repair, or a related field (e.g., carpentry, general home repair). Demonstrated ability to follow a specific process to ensure consistent, high-quality results. Strong attention to detail and a positive, outgoing attitude. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs. Compensation & Benefits
